3. Opening Stock

Set the starting quantity for each product when it is first created. Opening stock is recorded as an auditable opening movement.

Open Products & Services

4. Purchases / Stock In

Record stock received from suppliers. Select Purchase / Stock In below, enter quantity and cost, then post the movement.

5. Sales / Stock Out

Record products leaving inventory for customers or other recipients.

6. Damaged & Lost Stock

Record damaged or missing quantities so the stock balance and movement history remain accurate.

7. Returns

Record customer returns back into stock or supplier returns out of stock.

8. Stock Adjustments

Correct a stock balance when a physical count differs from the recorded balance. Use Adjustment and enter the new stock quantity.

9. Low / Out-of-Stock Alerts

Automatically identify products at or below the reorder level and products with zero stock.

10. Inventory Valuation

Current inventory value is calculated from stock quantity × cost price and stock quantity × selling price.
